Your profile
Education & Experience
- 2–3 years of higher education (Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree) in Management or Administration
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative role in an industrial, sales administration (ADV), or after-sales service environment
- Fluent German required; French or English is an asset
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using ERP systems
- Strong writing skills
Personal Skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive situations
- Administrative rigor, organization, and prioritization skills
- Team spirit and cross-functional communication
- Respect for data confidentiality

Your tasks
You are responsible for the office support of our Finance and Customer Care area mainly, this includes front-desk reception, secretarial duties, invoice accounting, and after-sales service follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Welcome clients, suppliers, and other visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Handle incoming mail and general emails
- Perform accounting operations
- Draft, format, monitor, and file documents
- Organize travel arrangements for the manager and team members
- Coordinate the organization of events with the marketing department
- Report working hours for payroll preparation
After-Sales Service Support
- Receive, assess, and register after-sales service requests (complaints, non-conformities, intervention requests)
- Act as the customer point of contact regarding case progress: acknowledgment of receipt, timelines, corrective actions
- Ensure regular and proactive follow-up of after-sales cases until closure
- Prepare and verify credit notes, re-invoicing, or repair quotations in accordance with contractual rules
- Maintain a high level of service quality and customer communication
- Propose process improvements (forms, standards, customer communication)
