Your profile
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong accounting and IT skills (SAP experience required)
- Analytical mindset with hands-on and strategic capabilities
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
Your tasks
- Lead and optimize financial and operational reporting processes
- Develop and implement financial plans and risk assessments
- Monitor the company’s financial position and take proactive actions when needed
- Implement and manage the finance IT system
- Analyze financial data and propose measures to increase company value
- Plan, control, and report monthly budgets to management and the group board
- Prepare and present business reviews and KPIs
- Optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee receivables
- Support procurement in payment optimization and implement credit control policies
- Manage relationships with banks, insurers, and external partners
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements
