Wainscott Residence with a great number of minimal windows® is featured in "The Local Project" cinematography
"Wainscott" is a large-scale project that artfully blends architecture designed by Bates Masi Architects, artwork and home furnishings through a fusion of creative ideas in collaboration with David Kleinberg Design Associates.
The Local Project media did a cinematic video tour of the Residence an interviewed architects Paul Masi and Kat Dalene Weil.
Built to stand the test of time and become a family heirloom, this home is a true masterpiece.

Keller minimal windows ® floor-to-ceiling glass facades and minimal windows®4+ sliding doors hidden in the wall’s pockets are installed in all 3 ensemble buildings, which is more than 400 square meters of total high-rise window leaves, allowing breathtaking view and the interior living areas to merge with the surrounding spaces of the terrace, pool area and a classy touch garden.
The flush-to-floor Keller minimal windows® freeway sliding rails are artfully integrated into the floor and guarantee smooth, obstacle-free accessibility, due to doorways being threshold-free.
Awards
Wainscott Residence the residence was also twice awarded: Interior Design Best of Year in 2022 & AIA NY State Honor Award in 2021.
In 2022, the project was awarded by Interior Design magazine as the Best of the 2022 Beach House.
Interior Design's Best of Year is the design industry's premiere design awards program, honoring the most significant work of the year as well as recognizing designers, architects, and manufacturers from around the globe.
The project also won the New York State Design Awards from The American Institute of Architects a year earlier.
Annually since 1968, AIA New York State’s Annual Design Awards celebrate local,
national and international projects that achieve architectural excellence designed by
architects who are licensed and registered in New York State.
