The architectural concept encompasses not only the cubic form of the house but also the seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding garden area with an impressive pool. The facade clad in Nero Assoluto appears monolithic and is softened at the interfaces with the outdoor space through a warm wooden slat cladding.

The flat, cubic structure of the building presents itself introverted towards the street but opens up in the garden area with a continuously glazed facade, creating a harmonious transition between the interior and exterior, thanks to the Keller minimal windows®.
